Service Cancellation

Viphnorecraxsmyx provides interior design and styling services. As services are customized and begin immediately upon agreement, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellation requests must be made in writing
Cancellation within 48 hours of service agreement: Full refund minus any costs already incurred
Cancellation after work has commenced: Refund will be calculated based on work completed and materials ordered
No refunds are available for completed design work or consultations that have been delivered

Design Revisions

We include a specified number of design revisions in our service packages. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur additional fees as outlined in your service agreement.

Furniture and Product Returns

For furniture and products purchased through our services:

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refund Processing

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
